This is a great fit for normal, dry, and very dry skin. It’s also very soothing for compromised skin barriers. Compromised barriers could feel like burning sensation on applying skincare, redness, skin flaking or peeling and could often occur due to high sun exposure or over exfoliation and ceramides are a great addition to the skincare routine for such skin conditions, as they help calm down irritated skin. I have loved using this moisturiser especially in the PM routine and honestly, even as an anti ageing hand cream apart from the face!

In case you have oily or acne prone skin, you could also incorporate ceramide based toners, serums or lighter formulations of ceramide moisturisers in your routine.
